Payment: All first time orders received are paid thru Credit Card or CASH. THERE WILL BE NO C.O.D. and NO online payments accepted.
Shipping: We will ship via UPS Ground, unless specified shipping is requested.
Price: All prices are F.O.B Corona, NY. Shipping and Handling charges are not included. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders made over the phone, fax or email will be charged shipping and handling after order has been processed.
Damaged Merchandise: All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier and claimed within seven days.
Shortages & Errors: Claims for shortages and errors must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise.
Returns: There will be NO RETURNS.
Minimum order: Minimum order is $100.00 dollars. If your order is below $100.00 you will be contacted by either email/phone call, notifying you that your order is below $100.00
Back orders: Any items which are out of stock will automatically be-back ordered and will be shipped when available unless otherwise notified. You may cancel a back-order at anytime before the merchandise is shipped.
