Connection has the power to change worlds

Hi, I'm Ya'ara. Growing up, I didn't know what my professional title would be, but I knew my life's work would center around people and creation. It didn't make much sense then, but it makes absolute wild sense now.
As a coach, a trainer, and an explorer of humanity, I spend my life listening to people's stories. My own story includes a loving partnership, navigating the beautiful chaos of raising two teenagers, living with a chronic illness (MS), and taking part in heartfelt conversations. I write, dance, and celebrate life whenever I can.
My journey has taught me to keep looking for solutions when things feel broken. I believe there is always a way forward; it can be discovered. I bring that exact belief to the people I work with. Leaning into connection is the most important work we do, because at the end of the day, we are all we've got.
Hi, I'm Susanne. I have always been drawn to the moments where humans meet — the small, honest exchanges that quietly shape a life. For two decades I've worked alongside leaders and teams helping them turn tension into momentum, and silence into something they can actually use.
My own life is full of the same questions I hear in every coaching room: how do we stay close to the people we love when the world is loud, fast, and uncertain? How do we stay true to ourselves in the chaos, caring for ourselves first so we have the strength to care for others? I am striving to lean into myself, so that others can lean on me. I am a daugther, a relentless asker of questions, and a believer in slow, sturdy change. I think clearly under pressure and I laugh easily — both, it turns out, are useful when in business.
What leads me in my work at Wild Sense is the conviction that families need a method that respects how real life actually unfolds.
Connection is not a soft skill. It is the work.
