Hi, I'm Ya'ara — a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, lifelong explorer of humanity, and co-creator at Wild Sense. Originally from Israel and now rooted in Switzerland, I live with my partner and our two curious young humans, Mika and Tom.
With over a decade of extensive experience supporting & guiding people through transformation, I help individuals and organizations navigate life's ever-flowing stream with greater presence, purpose, and connection.
At the heart of my work is a blend of sense, creativity, and empathy to foster lasting transformation. I find joy in people, poetry, laughter, and the magic hidden in ordinary moments.

I'm Susanne — connection enthusiast, proud nerd, and co-creator at Wildsense. Building on nearly two decades in digital consulting, program strategy, and work integration, my professional focus is simple: I help individuals and teams turn overwhelming challenges into clear, powerful next steps.
At Wildsense, we apply this strategic approach to human connection. Whether we are guiding expat parents of teens through communication gaps or empowering teams in organizations, I help you:
